How about the code within your well being, your quality of life and your health?

The code of DNA is complex and difficult to be crack ed— It’s certainly the ultimate. But is it the only way to track your well being?

It’s indeed very easy to track and eventually improve your well being with data and analytics. Here are some simple things you can do to hack your well being:

Measure as much, as frequent and as consistent as possible

Heart rate, steps made in a day, blood pressure, sleep quality. My advice is to keep a good habit to measure them early in morning. You might measure your heart rate with your iWatch, Polar, Garmin, Android Apps, and, certainly, your palpation. Measure with the same equipment daily to maintain the consistency.
